She has been a realtor in New Jersey for over 20 years, specializing in residential real estate. Aileen has been a licensed NJ real estate instructor for over 10 years and has coached many students on the skills and strategies required to pass their state licensing exam with confidence. She is a long standing member of the education committee for Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors and is passionate about mentoring new agents and furthering the education of her fellow realtors.
